Q. What services do you offer, and how can I join?

A. There are currently 3 horse racing services available on this website:

1. Value Bets - This is our longest running service and advises each way bets at medium-high odds. It’s been proven profitable since 2013, and recently we have added an additional strategy called Accumulate! which shows you how to place Acca bets with little to no risk, and potentially massive payouts. 2. Bargain Punt - This service has been running since 2019 and focuses on straight win betting at low-medium odds; it also show you how to combine the selections in multiple bets for bigger profits. You can learn more about this service and join here.

3. Festival Bets - This service provides full tipping coverage for all the UK's major racing festivals. You can learn more about this service and join here.

Q. Will I be emailed each days selections?

A. Due to the unreliability of emails these days, we don't send selections via email. Instead, we post each days selections to the members area of our website.

We also send you an "alert" email when they have been posted, to help ensure you don't miss any bets.


Q. When are the selections posted?

A. Selections are posted to the members area at approximately 10:00am (UK time) each morning.

Our services operate five days per week, Tuesday - Saturday, with a designated "weekend" on Sunday and Monday.


Q. How easy are your services to follow?

A. With access to the selections from anywhere with an internet connection, our services are simple and straightforward to use. In terms of time taken to place your bets, after a bit of practise this should take no longer than 5 minutes per day.

Q. How many selections does the service provide?

A. This varies depending on the service used:

Value Bets: 2 - 5 selections per day

Bargain Punt: 2 - 5 selections per day

Festival Bets: 5 - 10 selections per day (only during major festivals)


Q. How much do I need to get started?

A. We recommend starting with a bankroll of £250 or more, as this enables you cover your subscription fee with a healthy profit left on top.

We provide detailed advice on how much to stake, and strategies for building your bankroll, within the members area.


Q. How often do you update your results?

A. The results history is updated at the end of each month, and we also review each strategy on annual basis in the members area.

Q. I am having trouble accessing the members area. What should I do?

A. First things first - try resetting your password here.

You will be emailed your username and a link to reset your password. If it doesn't arrive in the next few minutes, please be sure to check your 'junk' folder.

If you have tried the above and still cant login, please send us a message including the name and email address you registered with, and we will re-send your login details as soon as possible.


Q. Can I pause my membership while I'm on holiday?

No problem, just send us a message containing the name of the service you're using, and the dates you're away, and we'll pause your membership while you're away.


Q. Can I change my subscription payment details?

No problem - simply visit this page and follow the instructions.


Q. How can I can cancel my subscription?

You are free to cancel your subscription any time via the "my account" page in your members area.


Q. What is your refund policy?

Our services typically come with a free trial period, and you are free to cancel your subscription at anytime during your trial without being charged.

However, since we offer non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the trial period has elapsed and subscription payments have commenced. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this when purchasing a service from our website.
